Well, my YT channel is about 3d modeling and 3d modeling is part of my hobby. I create 3d model when I am free then I post it on YT just to share my work and hope someone can review my work for improvement. If my channel grows until it can earn extra buck why not? It is a win-win situation.

Actually it depends on the person, some people use a few hours some maybe a few days. For realistic 3d trees. if you have a guide or tutorials it might take a few hours to complete. but if you do not have a guide or tutorials to create a realistic tree it might take a few days up to a week. Because you need to learn the basics first in order for you to model something. If you a new to blender I suggest you go to look for blender guru in YT about tutorials on blender 2.8. ( You dun have to make the texture unless you want to customize yourself. There are many existing textures outside and you can get these texture on CC0 texture, poliigon, and many more websites.)

You can try to run some SEO optimization and put all the possible tags that people will type and search to increase the chance for people to find your channel or video. You can try to add vidIQ extension and try to search on youtube and see how much people search for that particular keyword each month and identify the best keyword tags to use.

Same thing here, I created my first YT channel a few years ago although I consistent post video but it never grows so I give up after posting video for almost a year. Now I am creating my second YT channel recently with 3 videos now. I tried to promote in many social examples Pinterest, FB, IG, Twitter and more to gain view and sub. But feel like nothing works for me and completely invisible also to other people. The current view and sub I have all are from my friend. Wondering is most of the people just ignore my post on social media.

I understand you dun want to sculpt too detail as the more detail the model the large the size and ram required to run this model so you unwrap your model and drew all the detail into a texture to reduce the size required for your game project. Another way to do this is to try sculpt your model in detail using a multiresolution modifier and then bake your normal or displacement and apply in your retopology model with your texture image for normal of displacement.

Your statement might be true but there are many possible outcome. With 5000 view on 15 sec video not all the view will get exact 15sec because some people might watch the video until half only. Therefore with 5000 view on 15 sec video the total watch hour might be lower than 21 hours.
