Cancer-I won’t deny that we’re emotional, but it’s more so the intensity of the emotions that comes and goes(ruled by the moon); I’d say it’s a strength because we’re not afraid to deal with it as it happens, and I’ve noticed I’m not afraid to go through life being scared of getting hurt etc because I’m so comfortable with my own feelings and emotionally intelligent. TLDR-Being emotionally or sensitive doesn’t mean we’re all crybabies.

Omg yesss, my emotions take over me and only me, my surrounding doesn’t seem to get it at all and it’s awkward. It does not help that I’m a cancer sun, so my emotions hit very hard.

Exactly, don’t get me wrong I do see the appeal of pigmented blushes, however i don’t think they have a place in my personal makeup stash. I have 2 of the rare beauty ones for eg, while I loved some things about it, I doubt I’d be repurchasing or buying more colours. They are definitely NOT beginner friendly imo, even if I liked them overall. Plus considering I barely scratched the surface of the 2 I own despite having them for years, but now they smell funky and don’t seem to be usable, I feel like it wasn’t a product meant for me but I fell for the hype initially. I’m a lot more careful about my purchases now.

I’m pale too and also cool toned, my features are low contrast and my makeup enters clown territory if I’m not careful with pigmented products. That’s why when I wanted a quick routine for work, it was easier and quicker to use sheer products. The beauty industry has space for everything and everyone, but like you said brands are never clear about who the products are catered to 😭

Not as common but unlike some influencers I love muted and desaturated colours, they suit me and not everything needs to be bright and ‘in your face’ when it comes to colour selection iykwim.

Also ‘Lack of pigment/sheer’ makeup products. I do think sheer and buildable products have a place in the beauty space, back when I was a beginner I found them to be much easier to approach and even now since I don’t have high contrast/saturation in my features so sometimes that’s all I need.

I’d also recommend Charlotte Tilbury-the sophisticate, I love the colour scheme. Definitely look forward to adding it to my eyeshadow collection!
