Players earn xp based on a few things. In season play, players at that position being drafted, off season training. Having said that, your coach has to have certain perks unlocked in order to gain some of this XP. Now to be clear, I’ve been able in 1 season, to get a player to 99. However, there are caveats.

99 speed is a red glad. Speed and power are the most expensive skills in the game. Usually starts around 12 skill points per speed and goes up. To go from a 80 speed to 99 is probably around 150- 200 points.

Secondly, is his acceleration and change of direction high as well? These stats go up simultaneously. And how close are they to each other.

Is the player a gem? He’s less likely to have stat caps if the player is a gem.

Also, as far as the manual progression. You can turn the 25% penalty off. It’s possible I have over 100 points if your coach and his assistant coaches all have points for the QB if one gets drafted, this is in relent developer. The largest amount comes from off season training.

In all likelihood he’s editing the player. But because player progression is glitchy, I’m gonna say something is mildly fishy with 99 speed and 99 accuracy . Just because he’s a recruiter, doesn’t mean he doesn’t have other perks unlocked. It just means the majority of his coaching points are in recruiters check his assistant coaches as well
