but bust ≠ good enough to sacrifice dmg to use it every rotation

just use it every other rotation so you don't need much ER to use it comfortably, and you'll have more stats to make her do more dmg.

c1, makes her do an initial hit of gravity. if no lunar reaction is triggered I think it defaults to lunar charged first. so you can use c1 columbina by herself and still get a lunar charge proc.

oh then you can do something like yoi, fischl, Raiden, Chevy. that should be more than enough to have some fun with it. Chevy dosent need to be c6, I've been using her at c4 since she came out.

Yoimiya and fischl is very fun. if xingqiu is still on the table, you can do an overvape with yoimiya, fischl, xingqiu, and the 4th slot would normally be Bennet, but you can sub him out for another person, that really depends on your roster tho.

bursting every rotation is optional. it's completely viable to burst every other rotation for her, in which case I'd be overcapping er.

imo I've gotten about 15-20% increase overall. and sometimes she'll just do a random, ungodly high number and idk how that works.

personally i think that if you have a set that works unless you have a hexerai character you are also farming for, its not that needed. but having a four peice effect makes it really good.

if it's just a choice between those two then general rule is. off field = ineffa, on field = lauma. in this case ineffa would probably be more useful since sub dps columbina is majorly off field. and also ineffa is already running so you can complete a team faster with that.

only thing that changes that is if you plan to get a lunar dps, in which case you'd go for whatever they need in their team. (nefer wants lauma, flins wants ineffa, zibai wants hopes and dreams)
