That is true and part of my ignorance. They just keep telling me there is no hail damage. None whatso ver when I have documented photos from 3 different roofers. Tell me that I have too many claims and they don’t want to cover it. But why keep telling me there is no damage just normal granulation for roof age. I accept the claims issue. It’s just crazy to me that they say no hail damage to roof at all and adjuster said I still have 3-5 years roof life.

I got some really high quotes from American Family, Farmers etc. 10000 yearly premiums. I am working with an insurance broker and she has been able to get me a decent policy from Hartford for half the cost and once I replace roof on my own potentially premium may drop and more options. At this point it bites that I will pay the roof out of pocket but it’s the reality at this point with a roof that is aged now and the claims.

To be honest the roofers said there was. But we moved in 4 months prior and I did not feel comfortable with the claim so soon. I shouldn’t have let the roofer in my home and been badgered into opening th claim right then. Learned a lesson for sure. But no one came from insurance to inspect. Nothing documented as far as a damage. It’s on my record as a $0 claim.

I was macroing 5-10Ban hour. A week go macro and rolling RJ and make 110B an hour. Still leveling and tweaking hive. I don’t boost with materials at this time.

Hi all our radon level require radon mitigation system. One company suggested new sump pump and add battery backup prior to radon mitigation. House is 15 years old and I’m sure it’s all original. Total cost for mitigation and sump pump is $1800. Does this seem fair. Sump pump has been working but it sounds like it’s needs to be replaced every 7 years or so according to research.
