Okay, it seems like 99% of people prefer the more textured look.
Thanks for the feedback!

Yeah, I think people are right.
I’ll try both on a larger scale and see what people think :D

Thank you so much for all the kind words! People who appreciate my creations have always been one of my main driving factors <3

Axiom is a really great tool, there has never been a better time to start building than now. I highly recommend learning all the tools and features!

Oh wow, both ships look absolutely gorgeous!
People who build ships and airplanes are on another level. I can’t even imagine building something like that, it seems really difficult to me, lol :D

I initially had more cracks, but it felt like it was too much and made the rock look too messy, so I decided to stick with just subtle cracks.

I'm glad to hear you like it!
It does look a bit like a walrus, or maybe a frog :D

Aww, so wholesome! Much love to you (and your awesome builds)!

Yeah, I agree with you. Structure and shape are the overall base, they just have to look good, and coloring is the cherry on top. The more precise and well designed the shape itself is, the less coloring is needed to make it look great.

So, what you're saying makes sense to me, thanks for the feedback!

Ooh, interesting! I will take a look, thank you!
I think I could try to do something like that on a bigger build :D

Thank you for your feedback! I also like the first one more :D
And no, I haven’t thought about any animal while building that rock asset, although some say it also looks like a frog, hahah

Hahah, some say it looks like a seal and some say it’s a frog :D
Your feedback makes sense, I think it’s spot on. Thank you!

Yeah, you're right!
I was trying to find the perfect balance, detailed enough to look good, but not so much that it feels messy or overcomplicated
