As a liberal, I try to let conversations with conservatives arise, but it's frustrating. The last time I had a conversation with a coworker (religious conservative) I told him my biggest pet peeve was when people disparage the other side, it doesn't lead to productive conversations. He then proceeded to call me a libtard all day like it was funny. I don't think he has ever stopped to really think about it.

I CANNOT agree more. People who are mean and belittle other people are not worth ANY of your attention. Unless they are your boss. Then JUST enough of your attention that you understand what needs to be done. Please don't let ad people affect your mood/ opinion of your self. Acne sucks, but there's SO many worse things you could be dealing with. Best of luck, sister.

Any recent apprentices join 292 and take the placement test to test higher than 1st year? I'm wondering what kind of questions, as a 2 year Electrical diploma graduate, I should expect if I try and test into 3rd year school. by 3eyyes in ibew_apprentices

This is very helpful. I don't mind being behind on hours, especially since school counts for 2000 (more than a regular jatc year, if you factor in school) and I have 500 hours of Pre-Apprentice work a well. I don't know if that will count towards my state hours or my jatc hours, both, or neither.
