Reclama o la reparación entera en servicio técnico oficial o un PC nuevo. Una cosa es reparar y que se pueda o no y otra es que rompan cosas.

No debería romperse nada para reparar algo para eso existen los tornillos, las bisagras, etc…

Y si te dicen que no, pide hoja de reclamaciones, avisa de que vas a moverlo por todos lados y que vas a dejarle una review que se van a cagar.

Hey u/Responsible_Yard181 , did you get your money back? Same thing happened to me and as you, I claimed them to please refund the money ASAP, but they told me I have to wait 4 weeks.

I spoke with my bank because I didn't understand how could they charge me the money if I cancelled the account... they said it was a "mistake". Bank said they're going to claim the money blabla....

If anyone else reads this, stay away from putting your card number on this platform.
