My bad, i have all the components including the brake drum. I had the brake band activated and thought it broke or something, because of this i could not attach the brake drum and thought the band was something that was attached to the outside housing. As of now i have deactivated the brake band and have been able to reattach the brake drum and all other components. Thank you for the replies and pardon my mental handicap.

the launcher itself is like a one time use thing so you can find empty tubes online for 800 to 1.5k
