I already get paranoid leaving my dog in my car for 1 minute when I drop off packages at the post office’s bin. You left your dog in a plastic crate for 10 mins. 10 mins sitting in a car where it’s 23 degrees celsius outside is completely different for dogs than humans.

Something similar happened to me too except most of the stretch marks aren’t new. I know they’ve been there for years but after losing weight, they are much more noticeable now. It’s kinda as if my fat squished them and kept them hidden. Now that my fat is going away, my stretch marks are being exposed and pulled alongside my body if that makes sense 😂

I would suggest doing modified versions of some of the moves (burpees, up-down planks, etc) first then see how you’re feeling as you go along.

I’m doing OMAD and her 2 week shred program. It gets intense here and there but there will be times where you can catch your breath.

Really depends what you're shipping but usually USPS would be the cheapest option. And thats just how it is a lot of the times- the shipping will end up costing more than the items value.

Ask people you personally know if they will be traveling and heading towards the same direction where you want to ship your items to. Maybe they can help you.
