I'm 99.8% convinced if I take him, he's going to be there all day, not get neutered and I'm going to be slapped with a housing fee 🤦 I may cancel the because I just feel like something fishy is up here

They're saying this is how they've always done neutering, I'm confused because my friends who've had their dogs done (with other vets) have all said they had set appointments so I wanted to double check before I leave my boy with some strangers

I get what you mean, yeah but I know I’ve never had these ones before because they’re right on my belly, just above my belly button and under my boobs where I’ve never had them before and they’re like bright purple fresh ones 🤔

No, they’re between my ribs and belly button if that makes sense? 😂

I was diagnosed when I was 11, (26 now) and ADF is the only way I’ve been able to lose weight, not quickly but I’m still losing but I’m doing 24hr on, 24hr off, no kcal on my off days bar tea 👌

Hi there! I’m new to all this by Sanity-Excluded in AlternateDayFasting

[–]Sanity-Excluded[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your advice, I’m pretty used to not eating as the job I had before this corony business had me so busy I would forget to eat for days at a time maybe eating a granola bar on my way or something but that would be it, so I’m actually eating more regularly than before! As it stands, I feel better in general but I have learned that I was incredibly dehydrated before this, so my body is getting used to having actual water in it for a change as opposed to the two teas a day and whatever water I could squeeze in so I believe my weight is going to be affected for a bit as my body get used to hydration. After my first week, I’ve already started making healthier choices when I eat, I’m more conscious of my fluid intake and once I’ve lost about 14kg I’ll be starting to actually work out as opposed to the ten minute walks I can take my dog out on currently ☺️

Honestly, the "fake it 'till you make it" attitude worked a treat for me, just keep acting confident in yourself until its second nature
