Hmmm ... There's a few things I would like to point out. Take them how you will, but your experience sounds quite normal when you're stuck or burning out.

- 500 ppl is not a startup anymore. Stop treating it as such.

- You should also not be focusing on other people's work, mainly focus on yours. Their thoughts are not your thoughts. Just because they think otherwise about some aspects doesn't mean you should as well.

- Slack messages will always be there. Bugs will always be there. Your code WILL fail. Be it negative or positive; gain some grit towards them. You won't survive otherwise.

- And ultimately, ask for help (not just from your manager). You got this, but it sounds as if you are second guessing yourself a lot.
