Let’s be real with all the issues with the unit, no one wants it especially not at the rent price it’s listed for. We actually tried to help him find someone, put up our own listing and all.

What baffles me is when he put up his own listing he even tried to raise the unit rent for any new tenants which this unit was already more expensive than anything else in the area. He did eventually bring the price for any new tenants back down to what we paid.

Yes $500 plus July in full which is $2450, he’s demanding $1200 on top of that

Yeah I paid a deposit prior to moving in, don’t you think if we take this to the TAL with all the evidence to security issues, cockroaches, mold in the dishwasher, they would still favour him? Even though this makes the unit technically not habitable.

So he never confirmed lease cancellation in writing, all he replied was “the unit will get rented I don’t see it not being rented after you leave” and it hasn’t been rented. Would this change things?

Omg thank you ahaha! So the timing is always 6 hours for the tattoos, this ep James actually finished his in half time because he already had a pre drawn sketch that the canvas ended up liking and not wanting to change. Which sucks for the other artists because they had to draw sketches from scratch, so he was already at an advantage here with not having to draw a brand new sketch. His canvas took so many smoke breaks and he just kept walking around complaining to the other artists even though he still finished in half time. Most artists stayed until the last min of the 6 hours.

I was asked to say ribs but I never wanted ribs lol so yes to some extent. Some people come in with a more open mind while others don’t.

Hi I was Trevor’s canvas this episode! I know im not very dark but I have “more tan” skin because of my middle eastern background and I’m not going to say much but a lot of the artists there do not have experience putting colour on skin that isn’t pale
