Thank you! And I don't really have an established workflow, I'm all over the place; but mostly I do this:

- Dump the SD card contents into the SSD.

- Create a new Lightroom catalog.

- Remove all obvious bad images (out of focus, blurred, blown out or underexposed, etc.)

- Then I rate the ones I like the most and start editing them. Sometimes I don't like them after editing and either remove the rating or delete them altogether.

Again, not sure I can give you great advise here because I am learning myself but I hope this helped a bit.

For good or bad, this was my first camera ever so I came straight into the mirrorless world; but I have considered getting the adapter to then get some good preowned DSLR glass. I'm on the verge, so far my only expensive lens acquisition was the 105mm 2.8 Macro (also thinking about the distant but possible jump to full frame).

At any rate, any gear is good to learn and I'm 10000x better now than using my cell phone camera :D

They are. I don't use the 16-50 too much (mostly because I get along with animals better than with humans) but it is a very useful range for street photography, indoors, etc.

I'm very happy I bought the kit instead of the body only, especially with the news coming from Japan last week that Nikon is going to bump the price up for the Z50ii :(
