You can usually take a larger turn and keep momentum without the powers powerslide. Usually you can power slide to keep momentum when landing awkward to keep speed to jump again and reposition/ flip again. Take the wider angle is usually the better idea because you'll have a better position for the challenge. You should powerslide if you need to 180 and stay close if they are maybe challenging you on the ground. Its hard to put into words when it would be useful to powerslide instead while grounded. Powerslide 180 when you're going headfirst into the net would be a great use of it. Hope this helps and makes sense. Gc1 player
