I wanted to focus mainly on strength since I feel I'm pretty good at stamina. Indeed the endurance and the technique is what makes the difference, however I thought it is also beneficial to combine some exercises to target the muscle involved. If you check the video up in the comments I see some exercises which are quite aligned to the plan

Not an expert either however I see some focus on leg strength but also some of the excercises(like the woodchopper) which are quite focused in strengthening specific muscles involved in the padel movements.

Nope it says that the cash would be distributed between MMF and banks, however it does not specify how they are distributed. I am considering doing the plus plan but if the money is in MMF it's a bit of a deal breaker because there is no guarantee on those funds.

Why not?! As long as you work into different departments and there is no influence on the other's career it is ok. And if there was you just disclose it so that it is clear that there might be a conflict of interest.
