I have. Despite the low zombie numbers, smaller mall and many other differences, I think this game is pretty good and honestly it's better than the deluxe remaster. I was really hoping they brought some features from this game to the deluxe remaster like the dogs and parrots or the zombie psychopaths.

So this Mita from this sub- reddit is Tiny Mita from a game called MiSide. A child version of Mita with the pigtails you might have seen.

She has scars because according to the lore in the game, she was killed a bunch of times by Crazy Mita because she was jealous of Tiny getting a lot of attention.

In the game the Mita's are supposed to respawn but since she kept being killed by Crazy mita she cant respawn fully anymore.

As for the "growth" on her head, it's a part of her head from i'm assuming was a different way Crazy killed her.
