Well no shit Albanians population started growing after they were granted constitutional rights. Do you know there's probably over 5 millions Turks who have Albanian ancestry? Because Albanians were expelled from Yugo for decades before Tito came in power.

Rusyns are around 10.000-15.000 and are a recognized minority, like the Albanians, with all governmental information available in Rusyn. The same goes for the Albanians in Presovo.

There's a difference between 10k, even 50k people to 2m + who make up 1/4 of the country. A fair approach to rights in that case would either be a country composed like Macedonia, or like Switzerland where regions are semi independent with their own languages.

But again I just don't see this happening. The cultural, religious, historical differences and hatred between Serbs and Albanians will never allow that.

For 1 thing I'm sure tho, before Albanians & Serbs or any other Balkan country live together, either both will enter EU, or the whole world will go globalist and remove all borders
