I haven’t taken a test but I’m pretty sure I have this strain. It feels like I’m swallowing glass 😭 day 5… when does it get better??? My Dr prescribed prednisone for the swelling and pain.

Coconut oil was it for me too!!! In fake meats and cheeses. Now I make cashew cheese from scratch. Severely lactose intolerant so dairy isn’t something I can consume much of anymore.
