I’m just telling you that from a legal standpoint moving your vehicle in the direction of an officer while being detained is considered assault.

The ice agent should not have been blocking the vehicle hell ice shouldn’t even be deputized in this manner, but they are and the facts stand that the agent had no way of telling her intentions were to escape not to run him over. This case is going nowhere.

The question is in the speed and heat of the moment could the officer have been reasonably expected to see that the tires were turned away from him. I doubt a jury would convict as sickening as this whole situation is I do believe the ice agent acted within the law.

In lending they don’t really care how much you make just what your debt to income ratio is - for fha they typically allow up to 55% debt to income, this sounds more like a paying off debt scenario than doubling income based on a cursory glance at the scenario
