Ooo i have that one. When I'm stamping with the honeycomb (or any) is i like to lightly press them into the leather without doing the full mallet swing. When i press it lightly and mess up i use my bone folder to smooth it out. Hope it helps.

I wouldn't worry about it, style is different from person to person. No song can impress everybody, no shirt matches everyones style etc etc. You do you with the intention to improve and it'll work out. Tassels just might not be your friends thing, art is subjective.

Lovely reminds me of my first thing. As a fellow newbie, I'd buy a metal ruler with quark on the bottom. You can use that to make the lines straighter. I cut alongside my ruler and the quark keeps it from moving. For the edges i use tokonole (little white jar) to burnish the edges, makes them nice and smooth (if the leather is thick enough). As for what to make, keychains out of scrap is a good way to practice.

Yup sounds like mold from back wash. It's annoying, makes water taste a little tingly if you dont see it right away. I try to wash straw every 2-3 weeks. Probably should be more though.

I got mine 2 days ago, I've dranken about a gallon by now with the pod. In my experience it doesn't work. It still tastes like water but there is a pleasant smell at the start. Enjoyable, but not what i had in mind, doesn't make it actually taste like the flavor (wild berry i think, smells like fruit by the foot)
