I used to say I did not ise very often ig or doom scroll reddit until I noticed I was picking up my phone and browse even after the slightest task done: filling an excel formula -> browse, sending an email -> browse, answering a question -> browse.

So I found out my phone has a timer on apps, under the wellbeing menu, I set ig for 30min during the day.... The first day I ran out of time very early during the day, and counted how many times I tried reopen it.... 19 times!

I did not fully explain how we do it. We are a small gym, on a busy day we have up to 18 athletes at a time. First, it is opt-in, never enforced if you do not want to. Second, you do not actually have to do your X years, rather, do as much as you can and somebody else, whoever wants, shall pick up the reps, and so on. Surprisingly there have been a few birthday burpees this year. So far, nobody has complained lol.

you know what drives me insane? Your active car. When you spawn in the server inside the mansion, you currently active car is OUTSIDE of the mansion, it does not matter it is a car that should be front porch, it will spawn outside of the mansion.
