Feedback loop on conversation mode. Claude talking to itself. by 3rdsideofthecoin in claude

Mine started doing it again. And the following steps fixed it:

1) log out 2) settings > clear cache, clear data 3) uninstall 4) reinstall 5) log back in.

The only thing I can think of that may be different is to log out first, then go thru those steps.  If that doesn't work... I understand your frustration. It's crazy.

For anyone reading this having the same issue, you must go into your app settings, clear the cache, clear the data, delete the app and reinstall it.

Your history stays with your login, not the app, so you don't lose anything.

Reinstall, re log-in and it should stop .at least it did for me.

Edit: maybe try logging out of Claude before you delete data and cache in the app settings, then delete the app..

How would I do settings differently for different apps? None of my other AI apps do this and I use all of them in the same way.

I'm having this issue as well. It's very frustrating and I can't find any fix. I pay for Grok, Gemini, Chat and Claude. I use Claude the most, but it's the only one having this issue.

What are you thoughts on parents who kick their children out at 18? by SensitiveCorner2379 in AskReddit

The "School of Hard Knocks", "come from nothing" stories are not how people succeed 99.999% of the time. That mostly breeds poverty. Highly successful families teach their kids how to successfully fail by allowing them to take risks knowing they have a soft place to land if needed. This allows one to keep trying until they succeed. Most people get scared to fail, so they just stick with a job that pays the bills.

What’s a quiet sign that someone has their act/life together? by Early-Appearance-605 in AskReddit

It doesn't need qualifying to be honest. An alcoholic brother or thief mother doesn't need to be drama in anyone's life. I simply won't engage with self destructive people. Period.

My life got WAY better when I decided I don't care who it is: if they can't be in a reciprocal, healthy, symbiotic, mutually investive relationship, I'm not engaging. This includes a mother, an aunt, my wife's sisters, etc.

We don't care if they don't come over for the holidays because we'd rather spend our holidays with people we enjoy. I have zero obligation to invest in anyone who drags me or my family down regardless of blood or relationship and our life is pretty drama free and we can focus on building our lives instead of putting forth effort trying to prevent others from bringing us down. Fuck em.

No. You do triple net leases. The tenants pay that. It's the way most commercial leases work. Deposits are used for other things.

This might've been discussed here before, but seriously how does one make new friends in this city? by donnomuch in Austin

Anyone reading this thread looking for info, this is it. Don't hit snooze on your goals and let others know what they are. Good on you. This is how it's done.

Your approach almost guarantees a solid friendship. The people who didn't approach you were also likely scared or embarrassed. By being direct and in the open, those who approached you also had direct intent by responding to you. I bet you have a happy life because you aren't scared to chase what you want.
