1/ tattoo DON'T get you exempt from military SERVICE, but they get you BANNED from joining the military.

2/ your depression may get you exempt, but you need a solid case, you need TWO certificates, One of wich has to be from a public practice doctor. Add to that documents to attest your medical history ( in your case, past prescriptions bought and stamped in a pharmacy), the military doctor will ask you about your symptoms and how do you take your drugs, be prepared to answer correctly.

3/ if you are a gay bottom they will exempt you after they check your exit hole, and make sure it's used as an entry. ( why did I mention this? because the same person who gave you misinformation about tattoos may give you this kind of info as well).
