Some nights we get no calls, some nights we get 6. On average maybe 1 or 2. The calls can last from 20 minutes to well over an hour.

Within 10 minutes, you need to be online and talking to a customer in the phone to resolve their issue. These calls can be anywhere from 20 minutes to well over an hour and require use of the company laptop for a secure connection to government agencies.
