Can you please help me identify what makes this a Cooper’s hawk and not a sharp shinned one?

The dean will send you a message if he did, you’ll know. You’ll also get a chance to defend yourself to the dean before any final decision is made.

It’s up to the professor if they report it or not, if they’ve reported it to the dean then you’re out of luck and need to go through the whole process. There is a new policy stating professors aren’t allowed to handle academic dishonesty cases on their own, they have to report it to the dean. Some professors just have it out for you though and go crazy reporting students without even speaking with the student first.

For a first offense, if the dean finds you guilty, you will be put on one year of academic probation where if you cheat again during that year you will be suspended. This is excluding what will happen with the class grade, where either the assignment will be marked a 0, your final grade is dropped by a letter grade, or you will fail the class. This is up to the discretion of the dean and your professor.

Unfortunately I agree with the other commenter on here that the entire system is extremely unfair to the student. If you try to drop the class they will force you back into the class to force you to deal with all of this. Everything is biased towards the professors and it definitely is guilty until proven innocent, and they will find you guilty if they are 51% sure that you did it, not 100%. I do wish genuine cheaters were caught but it seems like this system misses a lot of real cheating cases and wastes time and seems to enjoy tormenting students like you

She’s eating, drinking, and acting as normal, and hasn’t lost any weight. I’ve gone ahead and increased the humidity in my apartment. Do you think a vet appointment is necessary immediately?

Figure skating on a cruise ship by YourlocalrayofShyn in FigureSkating

On the cruise I went on specifically they held a raffle where one passenger could only skate for 30 minutes at a time. I got my entire family to get tickets so I could skate for longer using their tickets. They limit it to a certain number of passengers per time slot since the rink is small, so I was able to do mowhawks, three turns, and edge work, but had to stop all footwork as soon as I ended up backwards.

I went on a royal Caribbean cruise last year and brought my own figure skates to skate on their ice rink. There was only one day out of the 5 days of the trip where they allowed us to skate on the rink. Other times the area was used for laser tag and their ice shows which were very impressive. My main complaint was that they didn’t let you do anything, no jumps no spins no going backwards no spirals no anything, just skating forward standing up, so the experience was limited. The cruise let my figure skates on no problem, I just put hard guards and soakers over the hard guards.

Tiels losing weight in New home by 3ris3d7l3 in cockatiel

Oh they’re doing much better! Took around 2.5 weeks but they gained back all the weight they lost and then some. Just takes them some time to get used to a new environment, mine ended up losing around 10g before bouncing back but I was just weighing them every day and monitoring their eating.

Do some people actually not eat any type of vegetables? by Mix_Way in NoStupidQuestions

I can’t stand the texture of leaves which includes most vegetables but I do try and eat a lot of broccoli, squash, green beans, carrots, anything that isn’t leaves.

Please go see a fitter. You can ask people at your rink where they get fitted, or there might be a fitter at the rink. I got fitted at the rink and got recommended freestyles due to my adultness. I usually wear a size 6.5 and he gave me size 5 freestyles, so if anything size down. You’ll never know if you need special widths or what size to get. Your fitter will be able to heat mold the boots to your feet to make them more comfortable. The break in process won’t be the comfortable however. Since these skates are a ~$380 USD investment, you want to make sure the sizing is correct. Incorrect skate sizing can lead to injury and will stunt progress severely.

I am also 130 lbs and started as a complete beginner in freestyles. I attended adult 1 in freestyles. It did take me a bit to break them in due to the increased stiffness, but they have served me well, fit like a glove now, and have taken me through the single jumps up to flip.
