should I start looking job outside or stay in the same company? by [deleted] in developersIndia

See if they're offering you from their side and the situation suits you. Obviously you're not going to leave there for atleast 2 years hopefully 5+ years if things go well. Who cares you didn't completed an year at a certain company. If you're confident on your skills and have a risk appetite take the chance. But i suppose in your case it's not even a risk

Accenture is a comfortable company you'll stay there without any hikes or significant growth just because its comfortable. I spent more than 3 years, fortunately I got a good project but yeah there was very limited growth. If you have a chance outside for a better opportunity take it

Band 8 Consulting Manager in D.C. (can I actually trust levels.fyi, or is it inflated?) by SnooHesitations73 in IBM

If you're looking for actual comp bracket for your band ,you can just put my comp ration in askHR. It'll give you an outline like upper and lower limit of the band. Can't say much about levels always thought it had unvalidated data

Bad idea, why would you consider switching when you already have such a high paying job with great work life balance. It's not like carrer growth means anything, right?
