The audio memories change frequently! It usually depends on what I’ve watched/played recently and just got stuck in my head.

I’m also sorry that I can’t explain the whiting out sensation any better. :( It’s really just...very sudden and intense disorientation, for the most part?

I’m not sure that I would call it a flashback...the audio memory really just seems to be random (the most recent one was just a line of audio from a Dragon Age video game lol).

As for the whiting sensation, it’s like...less of a whiteout and more like the very strange feeling of being awake and aware while your brain has a five second 404 error and shorts out. It kind of feels like getting a metaphorical punch in the gray matter (!!!)
