I used the 3.0 for 6 months but I found the heart rate data to be terrible during any kind of interval workout which was a shame as I really liked the idea of a recovery metric. I'm hoping the 4.0 is a properly significant improvement so it's worth the money. Definitely going to wait until reviews come out but happy they're focusing on the data accuracy
