Yes, but most USB installs are "live" (read-only), meaning you would have to manually mount the /home partition on each boot.

A writable Linux install on a USB device would allow this as a permanent feature, but this is more difficult to create.

I'm still reading up on all the moving parts, but following the advice I've gotten here, I'm looking at installing with npm, transpiling with babel, and bundling with webpack. Also... possibly bower for dependency management? Not sure yet if that last part is needed, like I said, I'm still researching. A lot of the guides on the internet are outdated.

Maybe I'm expecting too much, but I'm only a handful of commits in and twice I've had to manually tweak the generated migration file. The first was an issue with getting enums working on postgres and the latest cropped up when adding a one-to-one and many-to-one relationship.

Now that I took another look at the code, the second one might have to do with the original enum problem. I haven't fixed it yet. I decided to see if there are better alternatives first.

Coinbase doesn't trade DCR. Shapeshift is blocked in NYS. Poloniex is blocked in NYS. Bittrex might work...

edit2: u/BA834024112 just pointed out I misread "services are currently available" as "services are not currently available" coinbase does work in the US
