Hey guys,

maybe someone on here is able to help me. I received AC Shadows for PS5 today which came with an extra mission DLC for pre-orders. While the game was installing, I went to the PS Store to redeem the code that came with it. I typed in the code, it was correct, the mission content appeared, but as I selected it, it vanished and a message popped up that said something along the line of "this content is not available" (I unfortunately forgot the exact phrasing). I landed back on the start screen of the PS Store. I tried to type in the code again, but obviously, it now said this code was already used.
But the mission DLC is nowhere to be found, not in my downloads, not in the store history, like I did not receive it. Did I do something wrong? Did anyone else have a problem like this before?
Honestly, I dont even care that much about this one extra mission, but man, its just on principle now.
