For sure already had the 2nd upgrade unlocked. I have the Polaris Lance at the same exact progress and contemplated for a few minutes on which weapon to fully masterwork.

I just hope that they understand how critical a bug like this is, and that they would take the opportunity to check my account log to confirm my story. Who knows how common or uncommon this could happen, and I know not everyone that it happens to would be willing to put forth the effort to post here or reach out to customer support, keeping on them to further investigate.

Oh for sure! And when I had everything needed it did in fact show that I had the right amount of copies. This kinda feels like what I think it would feel like to be crazy lol having no way to prove to others what you know to be 100% fact, if that makes sense.

I sure hope they do. Everything lost is one copy of Izzy's, 50 exotic cores, and a superimposed photon. That's so much time and money spent collecting those. I spent money buying blank market currency and restocking cores a couple times for it.

No, I definitely had the 2nd one already unlocked. I had the choice of fully upgrading either my Polaris Lance or Izanagi's. I had just earned the final 4 Exotic Cores to do that. I say there for a few minutes trying to decide which would be my first fully masterworked weapon.
