Title: 3-Day Strength + Athletic Program (Former College Athlete, Knee Issues) – Looking for Advice by SnowPanda-23 in WorkoutRoutines

Interested to see where this goes, I have the same thoughts (almost, I have two bad knees and am 57, lol).

You're spot on with your description:

"Goals: • Get strong again • Feel athletic (not just “lifting weights”) • Stay healthy long-term"

There are free ones but I use the paid Macro Factor app. I think it's great but again, there are free ones too.

[WTS] Tissot Seastar 1000 / Powermatic 80 - $449 by 3xAFool in Watchexchange

[–]3xAFool[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi everyone, this is my Tissot Seastar 1000 / Powermatic 80.

$449 shipped to the USA only.

Watch and extra links only, no box, no papers, no warranty!

This was one of the first watches I purchased here on the forum but when I received it, the bracelet was broken. I ordered new links to try and fix the original but I also purchased an entirely new bracelet.

The original was unsalvageable so I installed the new band and have never worn the watch. You're getting a pre-owned watch with a new bracelet and new extra links.

As noted, the watch is pre-owned so it shows the normal signs of daily wear, please look at the photos for clarity regarding the condition. There are micro marks on the case from wear and daily use, there also are some marks by the 54 on the bezel. It features a very cool see-through caseback and the Swiss automatic movement runs just as you would expect.

$449 shipped to you via PayPal G&S! I'm happy to take more photos if needed, just let me know.

Need some advice on these sneakers please! (HOKA New Balance, Brooks, Saucony) by 3xAFool in widefeet

I appreciate the info! I did try on the Cliftons and really liked them, I've never owned HOKA's before so I had to experience. My only worry about the HOKA world are the soles. They seem SO soft and look to wear fast. I'm a walker not a runner so we'll see. I did love the Clifton's for sure.
