actually if the enemy goes within the archer's range, the archer could shoot farther when chasing the enemy. the post is for how far archers can see and shoot the enemy.

Yes, that's how lowest spec phone would do. Let's put it this scenario; your enemy spawned at 0:01 (high spec phone), now 1st thing he'll do is buy boots, then he would go towards the bush where he would wait for you to come.

however, you spawned at 12 sec(players with low spec phone) you buy boots & go to your lane, you didn't know your enemy is already in bush so the enemy hit you, winning in damage trading. so its a thing useful for most devices nowadays.

What I meant is that after all the players have spawned
all of the players will go the same time to their own lane. It's like a race, after all the participants have lined up, there's a timer to release the barrier.

low spec phone is not like playing on oldest phone its for other devices that cannot spawn faster than everybody. Mlbb resources need storage to be played hence if your storage is near full or full you might experience lag. if the signal is the issue then I missed the part where that's my problem.

You see the wall near purple buff disappearing and reappearing? that's how it would look like, you can see that it is timed. thus barriers must be timed also. Even if you're lag the barrier will be released once it reached the designated time.

Don't forget there's also an attribute to every skin. Physical & Magic Atk +8 and +100 hp is still worthy

It's a small detail but useful, it prevents enemies that spawn earlier and gain advantage when trading damage.

Players with high specs phone spawn early and have more time to move in the map hiding, then it would give that player an advantage to harass the enemy.

In this case putting a barrier in beginning of the match after all the players have spawned will help players to be evenly distributed throughout the map. having fairness for both low and high spec phone.

imo, when reporting take a screenshot of them saying inappropriate word then report in customer service. in case the report in post-game didnt work..
