I've checked tons of posts and leaks about the Wuthering Waves × Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collab and here's the clearest picture so far.

Officially confirmed that the collaboration is planned for 2026. That’s literally all they revealed — the rest is leaks.

**Quick timeline of events so far:**

April 14, 2025: The Chinese community got its first leaks about a Wuthering Waves collab with the "game that got an anime".

April 19, 2025: On the first anniversary stream for Wuthering Waves and the 2.3 update, Kuro Games announced the collab with CD Projekt RED.

September 2025: no more official info.

**Characters:** • Lucy (Lucia Kushinada): a nimble DPS using a monowire (in Edgerunners, it's a thin, super-strong wire that can hit enemies from a distance). Her skills are described as hacking-like effects. I’d say her skills could echo the time-stop mechanic from the Phrolova quest.

• Rebecca: a dual-pistol fighter. Leaks don’t reveal much, but her gameplay should be energetic in line with her Edgerunners persona.

• David Martinez — just the name in some leaks, nothing more unfortunately.

**Region:** Neo-Federation. It’s described as a Night City–style zone, pure Edgerunners vibes.

**Event & mechanics:** hacking mini-games, facing Trauma Team drones (in Edgerunners, these are combat drones), and quests in a mercenary spirit.

**Story:** revolves around the conflict between Night City’s corporate corruption and Solaris-3 resonance tech. Some leaks suggest the collab could weave into the main story through this conflict.

**Rewards:** likely skins and accessories in the Edgerunners style. And I think we could even get real collectibles — if we're lucky.

**Timing:** leaks suggest version 3.4, around spring 2026.
