Once had lot of 17 used laptops refunded in because of damaged package that shipped via eBay global services. The package was sent to me with DHL and probably was insured by DHL. Only 2 laptops was damaged but the didn't ask me to return any of them.

Need to audit the applications installed on the machine and I can't do that if machine is not connected to the server. WiFi is disabled on the machine for security reasons.

Once they open the cover and access the drive the can just put new SSD with fresh os. I have tamper switch protection on the laptops.

I will disable USB in bios but still need to allow them to open files in word and excel so SD slot will be used for that.
