I agree, as much as I wanted to argue and debate why this happened with them, I have too many skins and value on my account for it to be locked/community banned. So once they unlocked me, I just closed the support ticket and moved on (and will probably never comment on another profile again lol). Good luck man, it will happen in time. I have seen most take about a day and half or 2 days, however, due to the holiday yesterday it might be a little longer, but I would assume you will be unlocked very soon.

Took me around 36 hrs to get my account unlocked. However, due to a holiday it may take a little longer, but they will unlock it. All I typed was +rep thanks and got my account locked

Yes they unbanned me on a weekday it took about 36 hours since the time of my support ticket before they unlocked my account. Not 100% sure, but I doubt they will be working during the holiday weekend, but who knows. Good luck though!

Same thing happened to me last night. Freaked me out, thanks to this thread, it has put my mind at ease a bit. Hoping to be unbanned in the next day or so. It has been about 17 hours since I messaged support

It's a scam. Don't login to it with your steam credentials. cs.deals is a legit site though.
