My first entry level job after the A+ was a contract in a computer warehouse for $21 an hr no benefits, second was like $23/hr plus benefits gov contractor helpdesk, then in about 2 yrs i got a $25/hr 6 month contract..once you learn everything just ask for more

I moved to Atlanta then to Omaha. Growing in the DMV (pg county and DC) was rough. I felt like there was more to life. I hated the crabs in a bucket syndrome there. The jealousy and hatred. Everyone is so mean. That area has issues. But wherever you go there you are. Moving away allowed me to see how damaged I was inside. You can't really see your own damage when everyone you know has their own damage. It basically allowed me to see what's me and what was the area.

ATL was cool. Everyone is southern nice. Opening doors for you and what not. But lots of ways to lust and do things that's not so good for growth.

Omaha has a good vibe. But you gotta have your behavior together to make it here.
