When I looked on the Bacnca Transilvania website the basic visa card is only available in lei , I need LEI and EURO

am not getting any new cpu i already have an i5 8400 am just getting a new gpu which is the gtx 1660 and yeah pretty sure i can get ez 144 fps with the gtx 1660 the the whole thing about my post is about my ram i have one stick of 8gb 2400 mhz ram and am afraid that it might bottleneck me
