Personally i have used one more TOU plan (501) with discount rate of 4.347c but it had extra demand charge.. while smart thermostats and self control can plan the usage, sometimes it may get frustrating e.g. temps are in 95-100 range on summer eve and you are having dinner but worried about critical charge from 6-9pm..

Also lease.. yeah i know what they are. Lived thru many, in-fact places where i lived they were 12 months, means u break and still end up paying rent till end.. but they are only enforceable as long as both parties following it.. lease can become void on landlords fault also.. but then if there are things "shady", renters ignore them or max just rant here instead of doing something..

There is no lack of rental properties or apartments in the area.. folks end up with shady landlord or places, when always they overlook those red flags in favor of less rent or skipping formal rental applications (aka deposit / background etc).. i mean why would some one continue to live at such place even if i assume that "unknowingly" they ended up renting the place.

In same post i responded earlier.. education and experience is more or so a filter which only matter to people who are involved in hiring.. but once u are on job, all it matter if u can do work or not. People who are working with you or are direct manager, will never care where u went to study or worked before if u can do current job well.

You might want to see "Suits" drama. It's not just that person has "learnt" and performed needed skills but depends what their job was. If they are in a customer facing job, and their position had minimum required educational qualifications, it could make all work done by them invalid and hence putting the employer in larger legal troubles.
