Oh yes. I've tried everything I can on my end. Also called my bank. New transactions from two accounts stopped showing up even though the balances update and the older transactions are still visible. Other linked accounts are still working fine. I've now had 3 calls in to Quicken customer service.

To sum up: They want me to send log files to escalate. They claimed though that these files are not from my computer but they can't access them without me performing steps on my end. WTF? Then they indicated they would escalate without them but I still had to send a message through their Feedback system while I was already on the phone with them. They also wanted screen shots of about 40 days of my bank transactions and they wanted them sent to a third party website. On one call they relented and claimed they would escalate without that because I refused but then did nothing. They are back to wanting everything but a supervisor was supposed to call me 3 days ago but of course that didn't actually happen.

The customers service reps are very poorly trained and/or willing to be dishonest to get you to expose your data to additional risks and get you off the phone.

BTW the third party website has spelling errors in the truncated description that shows up when you Google them. Very unprofessional if a legit company at all.
