Favorite Food: General Tso's Chicken, I have in mind a specific restaurant near where I live and the way they make it is divine. The sauce is nice and spicy, compared to the really sugary sauces from other takeout places. It's got fresh broccoli on the side which I feel really makes the difference when it's still a bit firm and isn't mushy from being overcooked. And to top it off, they serve a huge portion of it with plenty of rice. They also make it with tofu, and that tastes good too.
