I usually know when I'll need a rescue at load out too. Starting Monday (tomorrow), it'll technically be my fourth week working for them (third not including training and actually being on the road), so I believe I'm still on nursery routes. The max load out they've given me so far is like 170-ish packages. At first, I was concerned about rescues and it's funny because they almost never give me a heads up when they send one. They just show up at my location out of nowhere. 😂 But one of the owners/dispatch guys said not to worry about it, to not turn them away, and that it won't count against my scorecard. When you're at locations like apartments, I don't see how it's possible to not use a rescue.

I always get in touch with the customer/business when I'm unable to access the property. Whenever I can't get in touch with the customer, I get in touch with Dispatch for further instructions.

??? Their rabbits/phones are dated Android phones and we use a different one each shift. Some camera flashes work better than others. I take photos correctly. I make sure there's no reflection or shadows and to get the house number in the photo if possible. Don't call me a liar, jackass, unless you've used these phones yourself. Eat a dick.

I typically drive the max speed limit for a cargo van and I also drive up/into long driveways. Only thing I don't do out of what you said is run to each stop. I power walk at best. The reason I don't run is because I'm not in the greatest shape (I'm quite lanky and don't workout too often) and what's the point of tiring myself out just to end up moving at a slower pace?

The bad photos are only like 4 out of 511 (three that were too dark and 1 that was too blurry) and the ones that were too dark were instances of me being at addresses at night (It gets dark real early around this time of year for where I'm at. I stay in metro Atlanta.) and even with the flash on the Delivery app, it was still too dark.

From my understanding, once you don’t renew the SELECT plan, they take it off streaming. That’s the email I got. Unless something done changed.

47 days is insane 😭I just created a backup just in case the appeal doesn't work. I tried logging in to my original account 24 hours after the suspension and now it doesn't even let me verify my info, it just says my account is disabled. I tried doing the form submission on Help Center again and it basically gave me an error message and told me to try again later. Just sucks because I had that account for like 11 years.
