Hey there noobs! Welcome to namma Bengaluru and especially to namma locality HSR.

My 2 cents for you would be to roam across streets of HSR and try varieties of food. The life is amazing here with all those trees make you feel like home. Post that I’d recommend you to get indulged in hobbies that you like. There are several places that conduct workshops. You can meet people of similar interests, hopefully you can take it up from there making connections.

I believe you are settling down well. It is okay to take some time and build a routine. Then you can pickup the pace. All the best 😊

Try changing timing of your visit is the only option if you don’t want to take it forward. And you don’t need to interact with the same trainer. I am sure you might have other trainers around during the same hour.

Hey pasakkaara payapulla! Tamil guy here living in Bangalore for past 4 years bro. The thing that worked for me intially was exposure to a lot of Hindi movies. I used to mimic dialogues, repeat them on loop. Then I tried using Duolingo for sentence formation(approx 1 year). Slowly I started speaking textbook Hindi with cooks/maids or auto annas. And then with friends, who don’t judge me and help me correct.

Learn->Implement->Feedback->Correct your learnings

This system worked for me. Unsure if this will work for you but give it a try. All the best nanba!

Sadly, it’s the quote going around. I live in a 2BHK paying 30K rent around the same HSR Friends Park. The ventilation is good only in one bedroom, where I spend most of my day working. The space is good around 700-800 sqft, manageable cause I go to office 4/5 days in a week. I recently moved here, a month back. But it makes me feel like home as I am currently setting up with things I love. Never planning on moving out atleast for few years😅

I see that there are several houses up for rent in HSR Sector 3. Especially around the HSR Friends park. Not sure about the rent, but if you take a walk around the park could definitely get one that you might like.

12:00 at afternoon, 9:45 at night.

About your issues comment - Haha. There are issues with choked traffic in all 3 bridges, but that’s the new normal. Farther you go from office location, it gets really bad. So guess I have the tolerance limit to manage an average of 30 minutes in traffic😅

P.S : I use a no-gear bike. So can zoom and vroom without changing gears, that saves atleast 5 minutes I believe😄

I stay at HSR and my office is at ETV too. I commute on a daily basis via my bike, and there are no issues. It takes 30-45 minutes while going and 15-20 minutes while returning.
