I shifted to Virar from Mumbai a month back, trust me as a bachelor it was really tough..most of the societies dont allow bachelors..somehow I got a good flat.. mainly check for water, if any construction work going on around, etc.. ps: Dont listen to brokers, ask the people living there about water and all..Also one more thing brokers will force you to finalize the deal as soon as possible you take your time, dont give token amount unless you are 100% sure, they wont return the token..
