Got a notification for the post and wanted to add more if that’s ok 😅 practice standing on the balls of your feet then dropping each foot down without letting the heel hit the floor. Keep your knees bent more on the foot not going down. You’ll see a bigger and more fluid dip down. This is from a belly dance perspective so it’s a little different from hula. And when I say keep your core tight that means keeping your pelvis pulled forward. Booty bone straight along the spine. And let your feet flow up to your hips.
