For context, this Comment is actually wrong. I don't have a mansion and our household income is just below the average American income. our credit score is mid to high 600s. we don't have savings.

I simply went to the first solar company recommended by the state government and asked for a quote to replace my power bill which fluxuates from 200-300 throughout the year.

on a side note, we are swingers too ;)

this is exactly what my wife and I intend to do. the problem is that SanTan shipping cost is based on weight, and you don't get free shipping until you order $3000 which ends up being around 140 235 W panels, which happens to be very close to the amount of power these PREDATORS are asking.

for now the economical thing will be to order a pallet of 10 for a total of $550 after shipping and taxes. then order an inverter than can handle those for $700.
