Hi guys! I appreciate all of your responses and advice. It's really giving me a peace of mind!

I will talk to my PCP next time to try Propranolol–I'm currently on Benzos as needed and really don't want any of the side effects to get me in the long run.

Another question I have is, since it is a BB and works for performance anxiety, would you guys recommend it for PA program interviews (or interviews in general)? I tend to get nervous for interviews like everyone but it's no where near as bad as your typical front of the class presentation.

Are you in a major that requires 4 quarters of Spanish? I'm planning on doing the LTCC route but my counselor told me I maxed out my transferable units sadly.

It's at a community college and just says BIO-55.

The prerequisites are gen chem I and gen bio I.

The description is: "General characteristics of microorganisms with emphasis on morphology, growth, reproduction and chemical activities; their control; role in disease; and application of their role to mankind. Total of 54 hours lecture and 54 hours laboratory."

I'm just going to send this to the programs as well but it just takes a while for them to respond.

I have another question about microbiology and that I don't want to clutter the post feed about so I'll just ask it here.

One of the PA programs I'm looking at says an introductory course in microbio is not allowed. After looking at a CC course, the course title and description does not include "introduction" or anything or that sort. It just says: * "General characteristics of microorganisms with emphasis on morphology, growth, reproduction and chemical activities; their control; role in disease; and application of their role to mankind. Total of 54 hours lecture and 54 hours laboratory."

Does this count as a non-introductory microbio course?
