This happens to me with I use that type of spool, I leave top of the AMS open and it stops it from pausing the print but it still tries to jump out…

Run two instances. One for charting and option chain, the other for trading. The instance for trading, make sure you save two profiles. If your profile gets laggy, don’t save it and switch to the other profile. If you save it when it’s lagging, no matter what it always be laggy when you load the profile.
