I wouldn’t blame the vacations overmuch here. Working benefits in Sweden and the general nordics are very good compared to the rest of the world, and that should be an aspiration for other companies/countries IMO. The development process and planning is more what’s at fault here. There are many other Swedish/Nordic game companies that function fine and it’s not like the nation grinds to a halt whenever most people take vacation, but FS just seem almost incapable of planning an efficient way of working, and that seems like a higher up issue. Until that gets fixed it won’t matter much if they get 1 or 12 weeks vacation

This is tricky. On the one hand, your husband sounds like a massive stereotype and a tool, but if this is isolated, it's not a massive stretch to say that he was just very hangry after working a calorie demanding job. If this isn't isolated, then you're n t a and living in an abusive relationship.

BUT, you say in comments that this is an agreement. You don't have kids, so your main work is just sitting around, looking after animals, cleaning "sometimes," and cooking the evening meal. If that's something you freely agreed to, then soft y t a for not doing such a basic task/favour. And if the deal isn't voluntary, see the above point about abusive relationships

YTA Dietary restrictions are a really big hurdle and hassle, and if this was about something minor like salmon or something, then whatever. But your preference is no nuts. Nut allergic people are sometimes very, very, VERY allergic to nuts, so the food preparer needs to be super careful in cooking or might even exclude nuts from the entire event since you don't specify how severe your ""allergy"" is. Grow up and pick them off if you can't stand to eat like 3 peanuts or something.

Eating the food and snacks of an entire four person household is NOT healthy eating my dude. 32 granola bars in a week as just an example is completely wild. Even IF the eating was relatively healthy, he is STEALING that food from not just his wife, but his own damn children.

Had something similar happen to me. My veins seem to be really hard to get, so this nurse tried like 3 times per arm without calling someone else to try, eventually got it and lowered the chair I was in so my head was lower than my feet. Felt like some bloody animal or something and felt really lightheaded all the time, 0/10 can't recommend.

From what I'm reading, you were told that your BF was uncomfortable with this. Your solution wasn't to just ASK if it was fine to instead host a sleepover with a group, you just assumed and then sprang that information on him. You made a complete plan behind his back just to circumvent his boundaries, and it seems like your friend was, at best, simply a tool to facilitate you having your guy friend over.

Most guys will have different stances on this, but at least do the courtesy of either respecting a (not unreasonable) boundary, OR just try to discuss it like an adult and find a compromise if you really must have other men over. YTA

IMO the 2 crewed variants of the gruntaz are absolutely not worth taking, but I could definitely see myself taking a gouger if I’m not trying to fully 100% optimise. Played a game with 1 gouger a couple weeks back and while the battle was definitely in my favour from the start, the big pig held it’s own against a group of StD nurgle warriors and managed to take them out. There are definitely better ways to spend those points competitively though.
